Weddings with cake flowers

Weddings with cake flowers by manfler, the family wedding florist in Crete since 1978: seven weddings in Crete and Athens, newest first, each with its venue, planner and photographer.

20264 works

A wedding table setting in a lush garden in Greece, with a green and white patterned cloth, pink plates and lilac candles in glass hurricanes. Behind it, tall floral arrangements of pink roses, peonies and dahlias on wooden stands rise among leafy green plants and sunflowers, with rows of cross-back chairs stretching into the greenery.

Where Celebration Meets Nature

2026
A bride with a short dark bob, seen from behind in an off-shoulder ivory gown with a long flowing train, gazes toward a rugged concrete hall lit by warm spotlights. On the left, a long table laid for a wedding dinner runs beneath a large glowing peach-coloured flower-shaped lantern, with clusters of white blooms and tall candles in glass vases and clear chairs. This wedding table setting is in Rethimno, Crete, Greece.

A bride in a strapless white satin gown with covered buttons down her back walks across a sweep of green lawn toward a round dark-green platform. On it stand tall sculptural arrangements of white draped fabric and clusters of green-and-burgundy hydrangeas, with a spiky green foliage piece and two young trees beside them. This wedding flower installation at Roxani Estate in Greece has a calm, garden-like mood, shot from above.

The Green Edit

A bride in a blush lace gown and a groom in a light blue textured suit sit together on a round hay bale beside a gravel path, lined with silvery olive trees at Agreco Farm in Greece. The bride holds a wedding bouquet of coral and cream garden roses with eucalyptus, and she smiles as the groom leans in close to her shoulder. Soft, warm sunlight filters through the trees, giving the scene a relaxed, rustic and romantic mood.

A bride in a pale, lace-embroidered gown and a groom in a black tuxedo with bow tie stand smiling at each other in front of a whitewashed wall, beside a dramatic floral installation of pink and magenta blooms fading to orange and deep red. The bride carries a bouquet of cream roses, pink ranunculus and blue hydrangea, and the scene is wedding flowers at Markakis Estate in Greece.

A bride and groom walk hand in hand through a grand interior at Ktima Xatzi in Greece, smiling at each other. The bride wears an off-the-shoulder white ballgown with a deep V neckline and a sparkling crystal headpiece with a long veil, while the groom wears a black tuxedo with a bow tie. Behind them a wide white marble staircase curves upward, framed by an arched wooden doorway, with a trailing green plant at the left edge. The soft, warm light gives the scene a calm, elegant mood.

Close-up of a bride with soft wavy hair and a sheer veil, smiling with her eyes half-closed as her nose nearly touches that of a groom in a navy suit and white shirt, his eyes closed. A small boutonniere of white and burgundy blooms with green foliage is pinned to his jacket, and the blurred green landscape behind them suggests an outdoor wedding at Agreco farm in Greece.
