Weddings with calla lilies

Weddings with calla lilies by manfler, the family wedding florist in Crete since 1978: four weddings in Crete, newest first, each with its venue, planner and photographer.

A bride in a long white satin gown with sculpted sleeves and an open back stands beside a long table in a converted industrial hall, her hair in a low bun and her hand resting on a bentwood chair. The table is dressed in white linens and set with clusters of white roses, hydrangeas, calla lilies and fern, with rows of candles glowing in glass holders. This is a wedding table in Rethimno, Crete, Greece, lit by tube lights overhead and a soft blue wash on the tall metal tanks behind her.

A bride and groom share a kiss in a wash of pink smoke in front of a rose-coloured wall with a wooden door and lanterns, at a wedding in Greece. The bride, in a lace gown with a deep V neckline, holds a bouquet of blush garden roses, white blooms and trailing green eucalyptus. The groom wears a navy suit with a white boutonniere, and a smiling bridesmaid in a pale blue dress watches from the left.

A bride and groom stand facing each other under a round arch completely covered in white blooms, mostly hydrangea and garden roses with airy sprays of baby's breath, at the Abaton Hotel in Greece. The groom, in a black suit with a white boutonniere, looks down as he slides a ring onto the bride's hand, while she gazes at him in her sleeveless gown with a tiered tulle skirt. Clear blue sky and a glimpse of the sea sit behind them, giving the scene a bright, romantic calm.

The bride carries a bouquet of cream roses, pink ranunculus and blue hydrangea, and the scene is wedding flowers at Markakis Estate in Greece.
